LSE Space is looking for a Spacecraft Operations Engineer to work as part of the SEOSAT/Ingenio Flight Control Team. The position is for supporting the SOM during the pre-launch, LEOP and commissioning phases in the:

  • SVT preparation;
  • Mission Control System Validation;

  • Training and Simulations;
  • LEOP & Commissioning Preparation and execution;

Being in the SEOSAT/Ingenio team the SOE is expected to be flexible enough to take tasks for different subsystems. A close collaboration with the Routine Phase ground segment contractor and operator will also be required.

In addition to the tasks on SEOSAT/Ingenio, assistance for other missions in preparation by the division could be required by the SOM for the same type of activities.
