Technical Requirements

The main tasks of the position will be:

·         Support to analysis and review of the Galileo documentation, especially review of element and segment data packs (including OHB S/C – WO-3)

·         Input for AR and NCR related issues (raising, tracking, monitoring)

·         Input for KMF related Requirements (monitoring, tracking and checking)

·         Support for KMF related update processes (patches, installation)

·         Responsible for generation of documentation (concepts, plans, guidelines) according to the OPS DRL

·         Responsible for ops ground procedure validation and preparation

·         Support to test execution and simulation campaign plan preparation

·         Support to classified deliveries as currier and/or the preparation itself

·         Responsible for KMF training preparation and execution

·         Support to KMF maintenance activities

·         Routine activities on S-KMF for mission support

·         On-Call support on request for KMF issues outside of office hours and on weekends/holidays

·         Input for CCR, PR, SDT generation, implementation and updates

Academic Requirements

·         A Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering or in an equivalent discipline

Specific Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace engineering

·         Experience with using computer systems is required

·         Experience in operating spacecraft or related ground  system is a requirement


Additional skills required:

  • System-minded and a team player
  • Able to work in an interdisciplinary team
  • Self-starter, able to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
