LSE Space provides engineering services for the design, development, AIV and validation of the ground segment infrastructure.
These services consist of system engineering, software development and system test and validation.
LSE Space can undertake a complete ground segment AIV including integration management, test planning and evaluation and system acceptance. LSE Space has sound experience in customizing satellite monitoring and control systems. We have in-depth experience of the
SCOS 2000 system and have worked with a number of other systems.
Aurora Technology, our subsidiary, provides expertise in the specification and development of Science Operations Centres for solar research and astronomy missions.
While working on the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (
CCDS) LSE Space staff were deeply involved in the definition of new standards for telecommand and telemetry data handling.
