LSE acquires Aurora Technology B.V.
|
|
As the year 2010 starts, Tony Lancaster and Frank Niehaus are pleased to announce that LSE has purchased the Dutch company Aurora Technology B.V with effect from 1st January 2010. Aurora provides space science and engineering services to ESA, both at ESTEC in Holland and ESAC in Spain. Aurora is a company very similar to LSE both from a cultural and also a structural perspective. In the past two years, LSE and Aurora have built an excellent working relationship which led to this merger. We are very much looking forward to utilising this synergy to expand our business.
